CASA GUANACASTE
Welcome to Casa Guanacaste, lovingly known as "Guanachosa", situated in the breathtaking Playa Grande, Guanacaste, where the beach meets the prairies.
This project offers a range of options with three different sizes available: 92, 115, or 138 square meters. Embracing a modular design, Casa Guanacaste can be adapted to three distinct typologies, varying from one to three bedrooms.
The preferred typology determines the interstitial spaces between the bedrooms, which transform into private gardens, creating a harmonious rhythm between living areas and natural greenery.
The layout gracefully unfolds across two pavilions connected by a central private hallway. The bedrooms occupy the more secluded wing, ensuring peace and privacy.
On the other side, an open-concept space seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, fostering a sense of togetherness and effortless flow.
The outdoor terrace includes a refreshing pool and inviting deck, perfect for enjoying the tropical surroundings. With its ample backyard, Casa Guanacaste is an ideal haven for families and memorable gatherings.
Thanks to its innovative construction technology, this modular design enables a swift and efficient on-site building process, ranging from just 2.5 to 4 months.
